Joanna Moncivaiz Appointed as New President and CEO, and Jay Abramo to Chief Commercial Officer

MARIETTA, Ohio, Aug. 14, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Caron Products and Services, Inc. ("Caron"), a leading provider of laboratory equipment for drug development, cell and gene therapy research, and academic research, announced the appointment of Joanna Moncivaiz as the new President and CEO. Moncivaiz will replace Jay Hexamer, who announced his retirement. Hexamer will continue to serve the company in a senior advisory role. Jay Abramo was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer.

Caron Products is excited to announce the addition of Jason Fredette and Bruce to Chin to our sales leadership. These additions will increase Caron’s presence across key markets in both the United States and Europe. Jason Fredette is joining Caron’s US sales team as the Senior Regional Sales & Automation Business Development Manager for the US, effective March 4th. He will operate from Boston, MA, leading our initiatives in the Northeast region.
