Caron Announces Key Leadership Changes to Enhance the Customer Service Experience

Caron Products is delighted to announce a series of strategic leadership changes within our Service division, aimed at bolstering our commitment to exceptional customer support and service quality. These changes, effective from February 19th, are part of our ongoing effort to ensure we meet and exceed the evolving needs of our customers in this rapidly changing global marketplace.

New Leadership to Drive Service Excellence

In his new role, Jay will be pivotal in integrating our sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. His extensive background in business development and customer relations makes him ideally suited to lead Caron's efforts in elevating our service standards to become synonymous with quality and responsiveness in the industry.

Additionally, Corey Adams will transition into the role of Global Director of Business Development, Service. Corey will focus on expanding our service offerings globally, driving strategic initiatives that are expected to enhance service revenue through innovative and customer-centric solutions. His expertise will be crucial in developing new business opportunities and expanding Caron's footprint in key markets.

Expanding Our Reach and Enhancing Local Support

To further strengthen our market presence in the United Kingdom, we are excited to welcome Matt Watt to the Caron team. Matt will assume the newly created position of UK Service Sales, where he will be responsible for expanding our service network to both new and existing customers across Europe.

Further strengthening our team, Jake Messer has been promoted to US Service Manager. Jake will oversee the daily operations of our Field Service team. This promotion reflects Caron’s dedication to maintaining service capabilities across all regions.
